Huma Hamid

Huma Hamid is passionate about building inclusive products, diverse teams, and thriving global communities in support of creating a more inclusive world. She is a tech-maker and a community leader with 16+ years of experience working at multiple global tech companies as part of their engineering and product teams focused on building scalable platforms and digital products to serve industries like infrastructure engineering, network and communication engineering, customer experience and digital learning. She has led various digital transformation initiatives and currently following her passion to build the next generation learning experience as part of Cisco U.’s team as a Product Manager. Huma is also the co-founder of the US-based global non-profit Pakistani Women in Computing (PWiC) where she led the formation of a global organization, launched a successful global hiring initiative GetHired and has been recognized for her community leadership and impact by wogrammer, AnitaB.org, TechTalent South and Cisco. She serves as the Global Advisor to Cisco-WISE for Girls in STEM and Social Justice initiatives, and co-lead for Women of Cisco SheSpeaks speaker series. She actively mentors and sponsors candidates looking for jobs and speaks on DE&I, building diverse talent, inclusive product development, returnship and career transition focused topics.
